Project Update

We are pleased to inform you that as of 15 April 2010, the overall project accomplishment is 63.98% complete. Structural Concreting works is now complete. All electrical roughing-ins and precast concrete are already installed as well as downspout risers for units with balcony. Masonry, plastering and enclosure of pipe chase are substantially complete. Ongoing works includes waterproofing application, mechanical, plumbing and fire protection works, exterior & interior painting, installation of door jambs, stair and balcony railings, and installation of framing for ceilings and walls, ficem board ceiling, installation of panel boards, tile works and elevator works are in pace with civil & structural.

 

Project Update

We are pleased to inform you that as of 15 April 2010, the overall project accomplishment is 43.99% complete. Concreting work is now ongoing at 30th Floor. Other Ongoing works include rubbed concrete ceiling works, CHB laying, interior and exterior plastering, fabrication and installation of precast concrete, waterproofing, painting, electrical fixtures installation, electrical wiring and roughing-ins, tile laying, installation of stair railings, door jambs, and kitchen exhaust duct risers, pipe sleeving works and installation of plumbing/sanitary and fire protection lines.
